The problem also lies with the fact that no one teaches women how to act. It's endemic across all western culture. Back in the 50's, women dressed like respectable people. Now they stroll around with ripped jeans like slobs. On top of all that, people, wholesale, have grown incredibly antisocial, staring at their phones or having their earbuds in. What happened to the days where you could shoot the breeze with a total stranger pretty much anywhere?
